Known as “the father of the panther”, Brynner Caldas is creative director, artistic director, graphic designer and the one responsible for FURIA’s brand since its foundation. He started his professional career in 2004 in Brazil, being part of the foundation of design collectives (such as Bicicleta Sem Freio), audiovisual production companies and branding specialized companies, accumulating a versatile and diverse knowledge in the area of creation. Working for FURIA, he spent part of his career living in the United States, and since 2016 he has been involved in the electronic sports scene following the market, developing strategies and executing creative productions.

Carolina Bondioli has more than 10 years of experience in international content production of the world’s largest sport events the likes of UFC, World Cup, and Olympic Games.

Bondioli has led marketing and content initiatives for Esports Free Fire at Garena in Brazil, building a community of nearly 6 million fans and breaking several viewership records with LBFF (Brazilian Free Fire League), and currently serves as Director of Content at BAYZ, a web3 gaming company.

Fill has 8 Years Experience in Design and Creative & Content.  Working in Esports since 2017 and being the Creative Lead of LOUD since the beginning, Fill is now now CCO of Sundae and a partner of the Spacecaps Group.

Karina is one of the Western esports industry leaders. She’s been building creative teams and creating content for brands, partners and individuals for more than 7 years. Karina has 15+ years of combined professional experience in media, content, production, marketing, PR and storytelling, most recently at G2 Esports where Karina led the content team, elevating it to become one of the leading outstanding content powerhouses in esports. She has experience running large scale productions and leading global projects spanning multiple teams and talent across the globe for endemic and non-endemic brands including Red Bull, BMW, adidas, Ralph Lauren and many more. Currently, she’s working as an independent consultant and strategic advisor with Team Liquid among other clients. She’s in the process of building a co-owned agency that will bring a one-of-a-kind approach to esports brand building and content marketing. Together with her former team at G2 Esports Karina has been awarded two Esports Awards for Best Video Production Team and Best Creative Esports Piece in 2021.

Damian Estrada is a strong Creative Director, Marketer, and Producer with 10 years experience in the gaming and esports space. His early years were spent covering events and conventions. Shortly after, he landed himself at Team Liquid leading content and building 1UP Studios from the ground up. In recent years he has been heavily focused on brand and apparel marketing, launching collaborations with Marvel, tokidoki, Naruto: Shippuden, and Attack on Titan.

Adam Morgan is an Executive Creative Director at Adobe, with experience in creativity, strategy, and storytelling for 26 years. In 2020, AdWeek named him one of the “Creative 100”—the top inspiring creative minds in marketing, media, and culture—in the world. He’s the author of the book, “Sorry Spock, Emotion Drives Business,” that proves the value of creativity and design with hard science. He’s a keynote speaker at conferences and events on the topics of creative leadership and content creation.
